1. Digital Download Policy
My Health Log is a digital product delivered instantly after purchase.
Because the file is immediately accessible and downloadable, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical errors preventing file access
- Accidental double billing
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
